Only what you enter in the quote form: your contact details and what you tell us about your shipment. We do not ask for identity numbers, bank details, or payment information on this website.
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out the work if you appoint us. We use it for that purpose only. We do not sell your details or pass them on for marketing.
Trianza Trading and Logistics Limited is responsible for your details. We use established third party providers, some based outside Zambia, to deliver our website, our email, and the quote form. Where a job requires it, we share only what is necessary with the clearing agents, transporters, and authorities involved in your consignment.
Under Zambian data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Get in touch and we will deal with your request.
